We expect the sides to uphold their commitment to a peaceful resolution by reducing tensions and avoiding the use of force, U.S. co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick told.
“In Bern, the Presidents themselves expressed concern about violence, in particular violence that causes civilian casualties. We strongly urge the sides to take all steps to reduce tensions in order to save lives and improve the atmosphere for negotiations in the coming year”, he said.
